The Digiforce X970 4-8x boasts a high resolution 752x582 CCD sensor able to detect objects up to 500 yards away. The X970 also offers a 640x480 OLED display and delivers many of the same features as the 860RT, but with a few additional ones. While the X970 does not offer built-in video recording, it does have video output capabilities for recording onto an external DVR. Stadiametric rangefinding reticles allow rabbit, hog and deer distances to be accurately measured, helping with precision shot placement. The X970 utilizes Pulsar’s Sumlight™ technology to increase the unit’s sensitivity in low-light environments.
