Dec. 10--Three Oklahoma residents who were arrested on Thanksgiving Day on suspicion of burglarizing the Howe and Panama police departments have been charged with multiple felonies in LeFlore County District Court.

Nikita Don Beshirs, 34, of Grant, Chelsea R. Hall, 23, of Bokoshe and William John Real, 21, of Shady Point are each charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, injury to public building and larceny of a controlled dangerous substance-methamphetamine, according to court records.

The three were arraigned Thursday before Special Judge Jeffrey Singer and entered not-guilty pleas. According to court records, Singer filed an order of commitment and set a $20,000 bond for Hall. Singer also set Monday attorney hearings for the three defendants to determine if they qualify for court-appointed attorneys.

According to Panama Police Sgt. Andrew Bevil, Hall was pulled over Nov. 24 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, and as an officer drew blood to check on her sobriety, she allegedly told the officer the three had broken into the Panama department and told him what they took.

Bevil told the Times Record that Beshirs, Hall and Real allegedly threw rocks through Panama City Hall's glass door in two places, ransacked the offices and broke into the police evidence locker. Bevil said the trio had broken into the Howe City Hall as well. Both town's police departments are housed in their city halls.

The three are alleged to have stolen items including Howe police reports, some cell phones, controlled substances, a pistol and a set of digital scales.

Authorities said the stolen property has been recovered.
