SmartCOP’s SmartMOBILE solution is designed specifically to improve public safety and productivity by breaking down long and sometimes complex processes into an easier-to-use solution. Officers can focus on their patrol and not on paperwork. SmartMOBILE integrates flexible mobile computing terminal (MCT) and field-based reporting into an easy-to-use package.

Features:

• Mobile Computing Terminal (MCT) - The Mobile Computer Terminal (MCT) provides officers access to data from the vehicle including State/NCIC interface, paging, e-mail, records management interfaces, live CAD-in-the-car, report review/approval, and other customizable interfaces. Rather than limiting officers to query submission, the MCT provides access to the entire system, transforming each vehicle into a virtual office.
• Working in conjunction with SmartCAD, the MCT gives officers the advantage of seeing live CAD in their patrol cars. This allows them to respond faster - before their actions are broadcast on radios which can be overheard by the general public. Real-time CAD options include self-dispatching, traffic stop call creation, and demographic data collection.
• Field-Based Reporting (FBR) - The Field-Based Reporting solution has been called the most robust and integrated mobile product to hit the public safety market. FBR provides a simple, cost-effective means for an agency to create, track, and transmit citations, crash reports, incidents, and much more.
• FBR provides a mobile officer with all the tools needed to perform discovery, documentation, and reporting tasks. Each agency may create their own unique validations (edit rules) that control data accuracy. Using Field Based Reporting, officers can generate many different types of forms with a minimum amount of data entry. New report types may be added and existing reports customized and enhanced.
• Offline Capabilities - In offline mode, officers can work completely disconnected with no impeded options. Reports can be completed immediately, and will simply upload to the server once a connection has been re-established. The reports will then be integrated with SmartRMS and made available across all software. This is a very useful tool for officers that have to work quickly while also being disconnected, like conservation officers.
• iOS, Android, and Samsung DeX compatible - SmartMOBILE also features compatibility with current iOS and Android mobile phones and the Samsung DeX software. This enables an officer to view active CAD incidents with automatic updates, as well as have integrated mapping with turn by turn directions at the tip of their fingers.
