Penlink Launches CoAnalyst360 to Automate Multi-Agent Investigative Workflows

The platform is designed to address the growing volume of investigative data from evidence, open-source intelligence, documents and databases.

What to Know

  • Utilizes multiple AI agents to convert investigative questions into structured, multi-step workflows across various data sources.
  • Supports analysts by maintaining context, identifying patterns, and generating evolving reports to adapt to ongoing investigations.
  • Incorporates analyst-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring human oversight, auditability, and secure data handling for responsible AI use.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Penlink has launched CoAnalyst360, an agentic artificial intelligence (AI) platform designed to help law enforcement, public safety and security organizations turn investigative questions into coordinated workflows and decision-ready results.

CoAnalyst360 uses multiple AI agents to break investigative objectives into tasks, execute actions across data sources and systems, and synthesize findings for analysts.

The platform is designed to address the growing volume of investigative data from evidence, open-source intelligence, documents and databases. According to Penlink, analysts can spend significant time moving between systems, searching previously collected information and rebuilding investigative context.

  • CoAnalyst360 is designed to support those workflows by:
  • Converting investigative objectives into multi-agent workflows
  • Breaking complex requests into structured investigative tasks
  • Executing multistep actions across multiple sources and systems
  • Maintaining context across an investigation
  • Identifying patterns, anomalies and signals
  • Producing reports that can evolve as an investigation develops
  • Providing reviewable outputs for human-guided decision-making

Penlink said the platform incorporates analyst-in-the-loop workflows, auditability and secure data handling. The company said those features are intended to keep analysts responsible for reviewing AI-generated findings and directing investigative decisions.

“CoAnalyst360 isn’t a concept for the future,” said Udi Levy, Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Penlink. “Our customers need the ability to break a larger objective into tasks and execute them automatically, empowering analysts to focus on moving from one-off insights to real progress.”

Peter Weber, CEO of Penlink, said the platform is intended to help agencies manage increasingly complex investigations as the amount of available data grows.

“Our customers are seeing unprecedented complexity due to the exponential increases in data available to them,” Weber said. “Investigations are no longer linear. CoAnalyst360 represents what’s next. It is not just smarter tools, but AI that helps the execution required to carry investigations forward from question to outcome.”
