Chicago's Top Cop Says There Aren't Enough Opportunities to Offset Crime

After another weekend that saw dozens of people shot across the city, Chicago Police Supt. David Brown said police can't stop the violence alone, especially when the biggest employer for many young people on the West Side is the illegal drug trade.
