MobileShield

In its MobileShield secure broadband wireless integration solution Northrop Grumman integrates standards-based wireless technologies to deliver interoperable and scalable wireless systems designed to support integrated communication. MobileShield utilizes Internet Protocol (IP) addressable networks for secure voice and data. Any wireless communication technology, from analog land mobile radio handsets through 4G wireless devices, can "talk" to each other through the mechanism of converting everything to IP packets. MobileShield enables secure, high-speed information sharing to and from field personnel, enabling faster decision making and increased safety for the public and those protecting the public.
