Over the years, Flagler County Sheriff’s Commander Welker has hosted Christmas toy drives and parties, brought his K-9 to visit and made sure that each and every child at Project WARM had positive memories to last a lifetime.

Project WARM is a treatment facility that helps women overcome addiction related issues while encouraging positive parenting skills to the women with young children.

Though the focus is usually on helping the women reintegrate back into the community, Commander Jon Welker from the Flagler Sheriff’s Office wanted to provide a little bit of magic to the children.

Over the years, Commander Welker has hosted Christmas toy drives and parties, brought his K-9 to visit and made sure that each and every child at Project WARM had positive memories to last a lifetime.
