Woman Invites Police Officer Who Arrested Her to Her College Graduation

Five years ago, Tiffany Hall of Long Beach, California was using drugs and landing herself in trouble with the law.  But one police officer, she says, showed her empathy and respect.  He often urged her to get off drugs and go back to school.  Now she's about to graduate from college and she wants him to ber there when she gets her diploma.
