The NLEOMF (National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund) and National Law Enforcement Museum, in tandem with the Sky Sox, is hosting the first pro-sports team, family-centered law enforcement event in the state of Colorado.
Event Details:
Sunday, May 6 at 1:05 p.m.
Sky Sox Stadium (Across from the Stetson Hills Division of CSPD)
4385 Tutt Blvd.
Colorado Springs, CO 80922
The first 1,000 people to purchase tickets at the ticket portal will receive a collectible coin with the NLEOMF on one side and the Sky Sox on the other.
Over the last two years, the NLEOMF has been developing relationships with pro-sports teams across the U.S. to co-host Law Enforcement Appreciation (LEA) Game days, which provide much-needed awareness of LEOs.
This game date was specifically chosen because on the following week, Sunday, May 13, National Police Week begins in Washington, D.C. This date lends to the national awareness for LEO sacrifice and appreciation and allows the magnitude of their service to be further recognized with nationwide events.
To Attend:
View the Law Enforcement ticket portal for the Sky Sox Appreciation Day game on Sunday, May 6. (Please make note to type in: skysoxlawday so that your ticket purchase proceeds will go to the NLEOMF).
