CTA Communications is based in Lynchburg, Virginia. Established in 1984, the firm quickly gained a national reputation for responsiveness, commitment, and service excellence. In 1990, CTA was acquired by Hayes, Seay, Mattern and Mattern (HSMM), a nationally respected full service Architectural and Engineering firm headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia. CTA Communications telecommunications projects span a variety of communications related disciplines. We are experienced in propagation analysis, site surveys, system design and engineering, and management of the implementation of large and small communications systems. Our experience in administrative and operations planning has emphasized that many communications problems do not have exclusively technical solutions, but also require a knowledge of and sensitivity to the operational situation.
