CAT3 offers Proficiency Tests and Training products for the Crime Scene discipline. Creative Approaches to Teaching, Training & Testing, Inc. (CAT3) is a Sub Chapter S-Corporation headquartered in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our management team has over 20 years of combined crime scene, forensic science and training experience. Technology and creativity are used to design, develop and deliver innovative, computer-based products. CAT3 has applied to become an ASCLD/LAB Approved Proficiency Test Provider. Also, our Proficiency Test is being considered as a potential component of the IAI crime scene re-certification process.
