ALABAMA-Police Officer Marquis Moorer, of the Selma Police Department, died July 27, 2021. Officer Moorer was ambushed while stopping at his home for a break on duty. A subject approached him and opened fire. Officer Moorer died of gunshot wounds, his significant other was also wounded. The suspect has not been apprehended at this time.

Hilary Rodela is currently a Surveillance Officer, a former Private Investigator, a former Crime Scene Investigator, and Evidence Technician. She worked for the Ruidoso (NM) Police Department as well as the Lubbock (TX) Police Department.
