A Manchester cop-killer, in prison since 1976 and charged with a murder on behalf of the Aryan Brotherhood while behind bars, is scheduled to have a parole hearing Oct. 6.
Cleo Reuben Roy, now 50, is one of 34 inmates scheduled to go before the New Hampshire Adult Parole Board.
Roy was 15 when he shot and killed rookie Manchester Police Officer Ralph Miller on Oct. 2, 1976.
Miller was 25, had served in the Manchester Police Department for little more than a year, and left behind a 3-year-old daughter and pregnant wife.
