- Low centered point of gravity-Tip resistant 34" square base-360 degree low resistance wheels, with 300 lb load capacity (1200lb maximum)
- ZERO radius turning-360 degree foot applied wheel brakes (on each wheel)
- Push bars on rear of unit for ease of movement
- High base clearance to push across uneven concourse
- Large footrest plate for prisoner
- Shackle ring attachment underneath seat (all units)
- Handcuff attachment on rear (all units)
- Added quick release adjustable belt (all units)
