Hiatt USA has added six new color-coded handcuffs to its product line to assist criminal justice officials in the classification of detained suspects. Made of Gorecote, Hiatt's color-coded handcuffs feature a unique back-loading feature for speed cuffing, 18 teeth with a three-bar retaining system, a leaf spring double-locking mechanism, True Swing Technology that ensures the swing locks into the center of the shackle every time, and domed rivets for added strength and durability.
