Police officers in upstate New York pitched in to help a man who they say is down on his luck.

Police officers in upstate New York pitched in to help a man who they say is down on his luck. The Rome Police Department says the man named Bobby was hanging out in the city's downtown area when he ran into Officer Aaron Page. Bobby told the officer how much he wanted a hot shower and a haircut. Officer Page could see he was in need, so he told him to come to the precinct the next day.
