Vertex Standard's multi-component Motorcycle Control Head Package is designed and suitable for a variety of heavy-duty external installations. The key component of this motorcycle/mobile ensemble is the CNT-5000 Control Head with five top-mounted function keys, each of which can be programmed to any of the available 25 functions. The volume knob, channel selector switch and various push buttons are all oversized so to be easily activated by a user with gloves on. An embedded microphone element is located in the front panel of the control head for emergency activation listening, which allows the dispatcher to hear what is happening on the scene. The motorcycle package also features an external speaker, the MLS-200, which offers 4 ohms with 12 watts peak audio input, providing loud and clear voice reception. All of the package components are compact and fortified against rain, sun, vibration and numerous other external elements.
