Last year, 10 officers from six law enforcement agencies were honored as part of our inaugural awards. Editorial Director Frank Borelli explains why we're doing this:
"In contemporary society, it has become all too common for heroic officers to be attacked or criticized rather than commended when they perform acts of valor. The OFFICER Media Group is addressing this as best we can by ensuring we recognize worthy officers."
