Aug. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Richard Falkenrath, a principal at the Chertoff Group and a Bloomberg Television contributing editor, talks about a shooting incident today near the Empire State Building in New York City. A gunman shot as many as eight people before being killed by New York police near the building in Manhattan, said Detective Martin Speechley.
