Armament Systems and Procedures has introduced its new Tri-Folds, the toughest, sturdiest, and easiest to carry and deploy disposable restraint in the world.
Armament Systems and Procedures (ASP), one of the most respected names in law enforcement products, has introduced its new Tri-Folds, the toughest, sturdiest, and easiest to carry and deploy disposable restraint in the world.
ASP’s new Tri-Folds are unmatched when it comes to quality and performance, providing public safety professionals with unprecedented durability and dependability when transporting or arresting large numbers of individuals that must be controlled.
With reinforced fine teeth and rounded edges, the restraint loops can now withstand a tensile test of at least 400 pounds.
In addition to the pull strength, ASP has also dramatically enhanced the new Tri-Folds’ sensitivity to moisture, said ASP CEO and Chairman Kevin Parsons, PhD.
“The materials we use won’t dry out quickly, significantly extending the shelf life of the disposable restraints,” said Parsons.
The Tri-Folds fold in three positions resulting in compact, easily carried configurations. And, with ASP’s new divided case that has a rounded bottom and drain holes, officers can carry two restraints independently and snap the case on either a belt loop or a Molle Vest.
Officers also have the option of ASP’s new flexible Pulls or Rings. Both tighten the Tri-Folds loops with a single pull and can be hung from an ASP Caribiner.
The MSRP for a Tri-Fold 6-Pak is $24.
NOTE: ASP now includes a ring with each restraint at no charge instead of only one in each pack of six.
