INSPIRATIONpro 10.0

With ASC's quality management solution, INSPIRATIONpro 10.0 business process optimization encompasses five fields: communications recording, quality monitoring, speech analytics, eLearning and workforce management. INSPIRATIONpro 10.0 improves recent innovations in speech analytics, designed to categorize calls for larger organizations with an otherwise unmanageable volume of communications. This capability has been expanded to allow complex searches beyond those available in the GUI (graphical user interface).

ASC’s eLearning module delivers customized instruction directly to the agent’s desktop, thus creating a loop of continuous learning. The eLearning module has also been refined in version 10.0 with new capabilities for supervisor interaction.

INSPIRATIONpro 10.0 also offers another prominent new feature, automated muting to avoid storage of credit card security codes (CSC). Previously available only as a manual ASC Drives Business Process Optimization in INSPIRATIONpro 10.0 override, this function will provide fail-safe compliance with the stringent requirements of the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS).
