Northmark Communications’ Amber Alert portable telephone call center allows law enforcement agencies to set up an Amber Alert or crime information call center anywhere in minutes. Ideal for Amber Alert, major crime hotlines, and other incoming call centers. Easily operated by community volunteers and office staff with little training. Specialized system comes in two rugged carrying cases and can be set up quickly, with little training required. The complete system will fit easily in most cars. Standard features include up to 10 incoming lines and 7 agent positions, intercom, hold, call transfer, conferencing, and automated call queuing with on-hold messages, and multiple call handling modes. Optional expansion for 3 supervisor positions. The DTS211 portable call center is paired with our CT8 multi-line cellular telephone terminal for immediate operation. Chose from CDMA or GSM radios for all cellular carriers. Options include digital voice logging recorders, backup power, satellite telephone terminals  and headset phones.
