PR2C Toolkit from General Dynamics IT is a powerful combination of information technology and precision infrastructure data displayed in an interactive 3-dimensional visualization with decision aids. It provides emergency management officials, first responders, community managers and other agencies with a capability to proactively plan for and manage natural and man-made disasters and to train together with a single, common application. The impact of these catastrophic events can never be totally eliminated, but through effective pre-planning and informed coordination of assets, their effects can be significantly mitigated.
