Strion - LED

Streamlight introduced an LED version of its compact Strion tactical rechargeable flashlight which provides brightness with power C4 LED technology. Streamlight’s power LEDs provide two to three times the output of Super High Flux LEDs. The light-weight, aluminum Strion LED flashlight offers three microprocessor-controlled variable light intensity modes as well as a strobe function, designed to give law enforcement and tactical personnel all the advantages of the original Strion, along with even greater brightness, utility and durability. At its high setting, the Strion LED provides 8,800 candela peak beam intensity and 160 lumens measured system output. The medium mode provides 4,400 candela peak beam intensity and 80 lumens measured system output, while the low mode generates 2,300 candela peak beam intensity and 40 lumens of measured system output. The light features a multi-function, push-button tactical tail button switch, allowing for easy, one-handed operation of the light’s momentary, variable intensity or strobe modes. The tail cap also can be rotated to a “safe” position.
