    The Trijicon Advanced Thermal Weapons Sight (ATWS) for small arms use is high-definition (640x480 pixel) and has an uncooled thermal sight. It is also smaller and lighter than most current lower-definition weapons-mounted thermal sights. The ATWS is used in conjunction with the Trijicon ACOG, allowing rapid and sure target acquisition and engagement, regardles of poor lighting or obscurants like dust, smoke or fog. The ATWS can be sued as a stand-alone, handheld or as a thermal sight.
