SEMCO’s VIP-1A portable video allows tactical analog or digital video to be sent securely out over the internet. The video can come directly from a camera on such tasks as covert surveillance, anti-graffiti monitoring, gang trouble spots and high-crime-area observing. The video can also come from other video sources such as a microwave receiver or a video recorder. Operational and supervisory personnel can now watch tactical video on their computer (even a PDA). The system is fully “plug-and-play”.
