Forensic Dossier

Logicube Inc. adds to its line of eForensics data capture products the Forensic Dossier, a high-speed, hand-held solution that allows forensic investigators to easily capture data from SATA/IDE hard drives and a variety of different flash media. The Dossier can capture data from one or two source drives to either one or two destination drives simultaneously and provides built-in support for capture from a RAID drive pair. All varieties of smart media, including compact flash, memory sticks, SD and multimedia cards are supported. Built-in connectivity allows users to forensically capture data from devices. Firewire and USB connections provide write-protected preview of source drives/media prior to capture. Destination drives fit securely inside the Dossier and data captured is authenticated using SHA-256 and MD5 concurrently.
