The new 340 DES boot is proven to be twice as breathable as the current Army Temperate Weather Flight Boot. The boot is built on a Vanguard® Sole System that utilizes a premium comfort thick polyurethane center with a durable Vibram® Premium Tread outsole. The boot upper is made of durable leather for greater water absorption resistance with a NOMEX® blended fabric providing the ultimate in flame and conductive heat resistance. The X-STATIC® Silver Coated Lining contains anti-microbial and odor reducing properties. The Belleville 340 DES boot is designed specifically for hot desert environments.
