The Triform brand of law enforcement evidence and incident note-taking solutions is available in standard "police" issue or with custom information proprietary to a department. All evidence notebooks are constructed of the highest quality materials with the following standard features: 200 ruled writing pages, numbered 1-200, offering tighter control and exact page referencing; sewn construction binding; contents of "text" reference pages are continually updated to meet specific needs and requirements; available in four standard sizes with the most common size (pictured here) being 3 1/2 inch by 5 inch.
