Cypreon IP PBX Version 2.1

Teltronics' latest version of Cypreon IP PBX, version 2.1, now includes support for a mouse/keyboard/touchscreen-driven attendant application, active call and name/number Primary Rate Interface (PRI) display, off-premise dialing, silent call monitoring, and automatic route selection. Cypreon's attendant user interface offers maximum convenience with mouse, keyboard or touchscreen controls to give users the power to manage calls more efficiently in the way that suits them best. The interface's active call screen allows the user to select options for the softkeys while the phone is actively engaged in a call. Options include blind transfer, call time, line appearance, station appearance, silent monitoring, page and park, all accessible through the touch-screen display.
