    Lifenet Blue is Medtronic's new patient data transmission product upgrade for the LIifepak12 defibrillator/monitor. Equipped with Bluetooth SIG technology, LIFENET BLUE allows EMS teams to wirelessly transfer patient data from a Lifepak 12 to a tablet PC running LIifenet EMS ePCR to provide a complete pre-hospital patient record. Additionally, Lifenet Blue provides EMS teams the ability to wirelessly transmit patient data from a Lifepak 12 via a Bluetooth-enabled cell phone to a remote Lifenet RS Receiving Station in a hospital emergency department.
