    JLT Mobile Computers is entering into the ruggedized tablet PC space with its 3.5-pound G-Force ruggedized tablet PC. The tablet features a photograph quality, 8.4-inch high bright display with 400 nits of backlighting for daylight applications. It is highly portable and operates for 5 to 8 hours on a single battery charge. All forms of wireless and or radio modem communications are supported via a CF 32 bit Cardbus slot. Operating temperatures for the G-Force 850 are -5 degrees to +45 degrees Celcius. The case is sealed to IP-65 for total protection from dust and brief submersion in water.
