InfrAegis Inc.'s ia55000 nuclear and radiation detection and spectral analysis systems for portable and mobile applications are high-sensitivity threat isotope detection systems that distinguish between harmless medical isotopes and nuclear/radioactive threat isotopes. The portable system, in both hard case and backpack configurations, has been designed and tested to meet the needs of police and the law enforcement community. The mobile system is designed for installation in cars, trucks, trains, helicopters, boats, ships, subways, ferries and on motorcycles. It has wireless communications to a base station command, control and analytic system. The operator is alerted to threat isotopes through a series of LEDs. An audio signal is also provided.
