Featuring on-board power systems, climate control, full radio communications package and CAT5 computer network, this Farber Specailty Vehicles multi-agency Mobile CommandPost Vehicle was custom built for the Solano County, California. The chassis is a custom Freightliner XC Chassis with a Farber custom-built bus body. Farber along with Kevin Ives of Solano County, California, OES have designed a complete interoperable mobile command platform that includes satellite, cellular and landline phones integrated into a PBX system. The vehicle also features aerial video mast, satellite-based Internet access, as well as full galley and lavatory.
