RF Field Monitor

Allen-Vanguard's RF Field Monitor enables operators to test the effectiveness of Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) equipment or "jammers" while it is deployed. ECM systems, designed to protect targets from potential terrorist attack by radio-controlled improvised explosive devices, are designed for security to give no indication of their method of working, or even that a system is powered up. The RF monitor provides a simple confidence check that an ECM system is fully operational. This handheld, battery-powered device gives a clear indication to the operator that an ECM system is operating correctly and emitting RF energy on each of the designated output channels.
