Ahura Corporation now offers DecisionEngine 2.0 software for its FirstDefender product line. The software release is being mad available free of charge to all Ahura customers and increases the capability of the FirstDefender. DecisionEngine 2.0 offers a 10-fold improvement in analysis speed, more than 100 new chemical signatures and the instant analysis mixtures or composite substances. DecisionEngine 2.0 provides the first spectroscopic chemical identification system with the ability to identify not only chemicals using the on board signature library but mixtures of chemicals too. This mixture analysis capability gives the FirstDefender an effective library of billions of possible combinations and concentrations.
