VICTOR, N.Y. - Oct. 31, 2016 - PRLog -- L-Tron Corporation participated in "Cookies for a Cop and our Fire Friends" (http://cookiesforacop.com/) donation program for a second year in a row during the week of October 10-15. L-Tron delivered over 60 dozen cookies to local public safety agencies in the Rochester, NY area.
Cookies for a Cop and our Fire Friends is an annual national initiative that began in 2014 as a way to express appreciation to local law enforcement officers and fire fighters by lifting their spirits and letting them know they are valued. In 2015, over 116,000 cookies were delivered and in 2016, numbers are still being tallied but have greatly exceeded 2015 donations.
L-Tron's cookie trays were put together with thoughtfulness and included both individual employee contributions and company contributions. Cookies were delivered to the Rochester Police Department, New York State Troopers, and Rochester Fire Department.
