NORTHBROOK, Illinois – May 01, 2014 - Hilco Industrial (www.hilcoind.com) announced today that it will run a webcast and onsite auction for the sale of the assets at the Holly, Michigan fabrication facility of Spara Tactical, part of the Spara Group (www.sparagroup.com ). The auction will include a unique armor plated SWAT tactical vehicle, an emergency responder fire & rescue vehicle as well as heavy plate fabricating, tube bending &cutting, CNC, tool room, rolling stock & support machinery used to manufacture these vehicles.
Spara Tactical is one of 12 companies that make up the Lexington, KY based Spara Group, and one of only seven fabrication and assembly facilities. Spara Tactical fabricates complete armored vehicles as well as extensive heavy plate fabrication equipment.
