Okla. Sheriff's Deputies Searching for Thief Who Stole Police Badge

A Wilburton police badge—along with two rifles, a shotgun, a handgun and a ring—was stolen this week, and Latimer County sheriff's deputies are trying to find the thief.

Sheriff's deputies are working to find an Oklahoma police badge that was stolen, along with guns and jewelry.

The theft of a Wilburton Police Department badge happened Tuesday, KWTV-TV reports. Two rifles, a shotgun, a handgun and a ring also were stolen, and the Latimer County Sheriff's Office posted photos of the items on social media.

No details were given concerning where the items were stolen and who was the victim.

Anyone with information can call the sheriff's office at (918)-465-4013. A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
