Minn. Walmart Evacuated After Threatening Call

Nov. 04--Fergus Falls police are saying little about the incident that forced an evacuation at an area Walmart on Saturday night, Nov. 3.

Police received a call just after 7:30 p.m. from a store employee stating that someone called and made a threat of violence towards the store, according to the Fergus Falls Police Department.

The store was evacuated while police entered and searched for a possible threat. Nothing was found, and the store reopened about two hours after police finished their search, police said.

Details and the nature of the threat were not being released while the investigation continues. No one was hurt in the incident.
