Sept. 02--JAMESTOWN -- A Salamanca motorist and two of his passengers face criminal charges in connection with a Saturday traffic incident that caused minor damage to a State Police car.

Driver Clifford Cummings, 54, was charged with driving while intoxicated after his car backed into the police car on Arterial Street, Troopers Joseph Krywalski and Kevin Wozniak reported today.

The troopers said Cummings' passengers, Michael Redeye, 28, of Salamanca, and Leon Kindt, 45, of Jamestown, were both arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after both were found to be in possession of bags of pot.
