High Bail Set for Man Who Shot at Ohio Officers
May 16--A Toledo man who reportedly fired a gun at two police officers is being held in the Lucas County jail.
Bryan Terrance, 25, of 1017 Campbell St., is charged with one count of felonious assault and, during an arraignment this morning, was ordered to be held in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
Court documents allege that Mr. Terrance fired a pistol at Officers Kristi Eycke and Patrick Sutherland while they were responding to a weapons call at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Tecumseh Street in South Toledo.
A preliminary hearing in Toledo Municipal Court was scheduled for May 23.
