Dozens of people are waking up to vandalized cars in Carmel Valley Thursday morning.
San Diego Police said someone wearing a ski mask armed with a knife slashed the tires on dozens of cars and trucks around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The cars were parked in the blocks surrounding Sea Grove Court off Del Mar Heights Road.
