Two Teens Charged After Hazing Incident at N.C. High School

Two teenagers are facing charges in connection with a hazing incident that happened at Rocky River High School, the Mint Hill Police Department said.

MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C.

Two teenagers are facing charges in connection with a hazing incident that happened at Rocky River High School, the Mint Hill Police Department said.

On Tuesday, a school resource officer learned of the incident, which happened in November, police said. A 15-year-old said he was pulled into a bathroom after wrestling practice and forced to totally undress while another student filmed it, according to police.

Adam Mourdi, 18, and Isiah Akins, 17, have been charged with hazing and false imprisonment. They were taken to the Mecklenburg County Jail, police said.
