FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. --
The Bunnell Police Department and one of its officers are being sued by a woman for sexual harassment, WFTV learned.
Torie Marino claims Bunnell Corporal Nick Massaro used government-owned property to post a sexually suggestive ad about her on Craigslist in 2009.
The suit claims Massaro routinely used city-owned property to surf pornography, which Bunnell and police officials did nothing to stop.
The city has yet not responded to the lawsuit.
