BESSEMER, Pa. --

An intoxicated Bessemer man was arrested after he used a toilet, a whiskey bottle and a stick to threaten a state trooper, according to a state police report.

Police said 33-year-old Steven Herman's neighbors called police reporting that Herman was drunk outside of his home and causing a disturbance.

When troopers arrived, Herman ran up to the attic of his home and threw a toilet at the trooper before trying to hit him with a stick and a whiskey bottle, according to a police report.

Police said Herman also threatened to kill the trooper.

Troopers used a Taser to subdue Herman, according to the report.

Herman was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terrorist threats and disorderly conduct.
