Fla. Deputy Accused of Smuggling Contraband to Inmate

A Broward sheriff's deputy has been arrested accused of bringing contraband into a jail facility.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. --

A Broward sheriff's deputy has been arrested accused of bringing contraband into a jail facility.

Wonza Moore, 48, is facing four charges of introducing contraband into a jail facility, one charge of official misconduct and one charge of unlawful use of a cell phone.

Detectives said Moore had a personal relationship with an inmate.

Rasuul Mustafa, 36, was arrested in October by Hollywood police on an attempted murder charge.

Moore's arrest is the latest in a series of arrests into possible misconduct by jail deputies and detective said more arrests are expected.
