Ohio Bike Cop Startled by Goose, Crashes Into Window

A Cincinnati police officer suffered a severe arm laceration after he crashed into a plate glass window.

CINCINNATI --

A Cincinnati police officer was injured Friday evening in an accident in Bond Hill.

The officer, whose name was not released, suffered a severe arm laceration while on duty in the 1700 block of Langdon Farm Road.

Medics wrapped up the officer's arm at the scene, and he will be taken to University Hospital to receive stitches.

Police said the officer was on bicycle patrol when he was startled by a goose and crashed into a plate glass window at Swifton Commons.
