Austin police are investigating two separate shootings that left two people injured Sunday.

Austin police are investigating two separate shootings that left two people injured Sunday.

Police first responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Turtle Creek Boulevard near South 1st Street around 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

One person was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that are not expected to life-threatening.

Police then responded to a second shooting in the 500 block of E. 7th Street at the ARCH just before 3 a.m.

Injuries were unknown, but are not believed to be life-threatening, police said.

A suspect in each shooting has not been identified.
