Virtual Solutions Manager (VSM), from The Mercy Group, assists EMS operations to automate both regulatory compliance and clinical oversight of their employees. VSM tracks all certifications, and alerts employees and supervisors prior to expiration. With the newest enhancements completed, capabilities now include tracking and reporting against National Registery requirements. Report data can now be exported to html, Excel or PDF files and then analyzed. VSM now offers 90 online classes, versus the 20 it began with. Uploaded training programs in text, audio or video cam be made mandatory to all employees or required to specific individuals or a specific job description.
